Hooray, no school today...........

I was very naughty today and told my youngest daughters school that she wasn't coming in because we were going out for a play in the snow (my eldest daughters school had already closed). I can still remember what that felt like when I was a child waiting for the school day to end so that I could get out there and with less and less chance for them now to even see snow, I thought "stuff it, lets all take the day off". Our school secretary thanked me for telling the truth!! I'll probably get a visit from social services tomorrow. Ah well it was worth it and the school sent all the children home at lunchtime anyway (something for my lawyer to use in my defence!)

I took about 100 photos through the day so you're lucky you only have to scroll through 9!!

I'm so glad we weren't the only family to be naughty and take a snow day! Even my husband took his first day off in years, and we all played out on the moor all day!
